When you submit our care request form, we collect the information you provide: your first name, phone number, ZIP code, when care is needed, approximate hours, and any details you choose to share. We also receive standard technical information (such as browser type, pages visited and the ad or link that brought you here).
We use your information to contact you about in-home care, check caregiver availability, schedule an assessment, and improve our advertising and website. By submitting the form you agree that we may call or text you at the number provided about your care request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
